Cancellation & Return Window

• You are entitled to cancel your order within 5 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

• The deadline for canceling an order is 5 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 5 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging and unused.

• Damaged products will not be accepted for return or refund.

• Return and refund handling will be maintained by the client side only.

Non-returnable items

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned (e.g., items that deteriorate rapidly or are past expiry).

• Goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Refunds

• Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will reimburse you within 30 days.

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.

• No additional fees will be charged for reimbursement.

Returning Goods

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.

• Goods should be sent to:

• We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

• If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

• If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
